I work with couples who want to move from looping conflict to felt connection.

Together, we slow things down — noticing the patterns beneath words, the habits that escalate tension, and the ways each partner protects, reaches, or withdraws.

You’ll learn to speak so you can be heard.

To listen without defense.

To reconnect with steadiness and care.

This is relational learning.

It’s practical, embodied, and human.

⸻ A Grounded, Three-Phase Path

Phase I – Clarity

We begin with three sessions:

– One joint session to understand your relationship dynamics

– Two individual half-sessions (back-to-back)

– One feedback session to reflect patterns and set intentions

We also use science-backed questionnaires to map your communication and connection.

Phase II – Practice

We meet weekly or biweekly to build new relational habits.

This includes conflict tools, emotional repair, and rituals that support closeness — at a pace that fits your nervous systems.

Phase III – Integration

Once the groundwork is set, we reduce frequency.

You’ll continue practicing — supported by small rituals and check-ins — with the goal of lasting change, not dependency.

Sessions are 90 minutes. Online or in-person in Andalucía.
Every journey begins with a short intro call — no pressure, just orientation.

Offers practical tools for communication, repair, conflict de-escalation, and emotional rituals — grounded in decades of research.

IFS / IFIO

Helps us understand the emotional “parts” that show up in relationship: the one who shuts down, the one who lashes out, the one who longs to be met.

We meet them with curiosity, not judgment.

Together, these approaches create space for change that feels possible — and personal.

A free 20-minute conversation — to get a sense of each other, and see if it’s a good match.

Then choose your path:

– Clarity & Plan (3 sessions): Assessment + feedback + roadmap

– Ongoing work: Weekly or biweekly sessions at your pace

– Check-ins / Integration: As-needed rhythm to support stability

Rates available on request. Sliding scale offered where possible.
Sessions available in English and Swedish.
