Understanding often lives in the observing part of you — while the pattern itself is already moving somewhere else when the moment arrives. That gap is where this work focuses.

What happens in sessions?

The work begins with what's actually happening – in real time, while we're talking. I track what shifts as you speak, and I'll interrupt when something pulls back or tightens, to stay with what was about to disappear beneath the explanation.

Do you work with individuals and couples?

Accepted Answer

Both. Individual sessions are 60 minutes. Couples sessions are 90 minutes.

Do you work online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sessions take place via video, in English or Swedish, with clients internationally. In-person work is available in Málaga and Motril, southern Spain.
